The History of Seksaria group
Seksaria group in a joint venture launched roongta shopping centre on VIP road. Which is one of the most reputed commercial spot on the belt.
We launched our second joint venture commercial project in surat at VIP road, Times corner. Situated at the most lavish spot Times corner will be a one-of-a-kind commercial in the area.
We made MOU with SMC (Surat Municipal Corporation) for development of residential and commercial project in urban area.
Fulfilling our promise we launched two projects in surat named “vacanza trade center” (commercial) and Vacanza homes” (residential) in a joint venture and we received great response in both of them.
We made MOU in Vibrant Gujarat for our dream project inside Dholera SIR and proposed to build 2000 flats and shops inside dholera, with proposed investment of 100 crores which we are planning to raise to 500.
