INOX Air Products (INOXAP) will build a new Air Separation Unit in Dholera to supply ultra-high-purity nitrogen for ReNew’s upcoming TOPCON solar cell facility, strengthening India’s advanced solar manufacturing ecosystem.
INOX Air Products (INOXAP), a firm specialsiing in industrial and specialty gases, has inked a long-term agreement with ReNew Photovoltaics to supply ultra-high purity (UHP) nitrogen to its upcoming TOPCON solar cell manufacturing facility in Dholera, Gujarat.
As part of the deal, INOXAP will invest in a state-of-the-art Air Separation Unit (ASU) in Dholera to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted supply of nitrogen tailored to the stringent purity standards required for high-efficiency solar cell production. The ASU is expected to be fully operational by the end of next year.

The Dholera facility marks a significant step in strengthening India’s solar manufacturing capabilities. INOXAP’s expertise in electronic gases, already supplying ReNew’s PERC technology plant with Nitrous Oxide, Ammonia, and Silane since 2024, will ensure operational excellence at the new facility.
